Where this comes from, and what is missing
These are the Bib Gourmands from the 2025 MICHELIN Guide New York selection — the Inspectors' value award, roughly two courses and a drink for $40 or less. Michelin counts about 90 of them in the five boroughs. This page has 77, so a dozen or so are missing.
The names are from reported coverage of the selection. The cuisines and neighborhoods are my own labels rather than Michelin's, and a few of them are probably wrong — the ones I could not place are filed under "borough unconfirmed" rather than guessed at. Every card opens a map search, which is the part that is always right.
No New Jersey: the MICHELIN Guide has no New Jersey selection, so the state has no Bib Gourmands to list.
